cheese cake!!! baked rice! no more boring sunday!
Ingredients
- 2 packet Philadelphia Cream cheese (or any other cheaper brands u can find!)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 butter block (the smallest pack)
- SUgar
- Chocolate Chip (Hersheys or others)
- 6 pcs Oreo biscuit
- 6 pcs digestive biscuit
First u have to do the Base (crust) of the cake:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into bits (the smaller the better)
2. Melt the 1/2 block of butter
3. Prepare a container (For me, i buy those 3 in 1 pack of aluminium circle tray for my cake
4. Lay the digestive biscuit bits onto the tray until it covers the entire tray, about 1 - 2 cm thick
5. Use a spoon and add bit by bit of melted butter onto the biscuit and press using the back of the spoon. Press hard for it to stick better *Amount to use depends on how well it sticks, normally around 10 teaspoons needed
6. Make sure e crust is thick and cover fully so that u can cut the crust up in a piece
Next you have to do the filling part:
*U need a mixer to beat the mix
1. Beat up the 2 pack of cream cheese in a big bowl into cream like
2. Add in to eggs, 6 teaspoon of sugar and the rest of the butter and beat evenly
3. Melt chocolate chips or any other chocolate bar and add them into the mix if u like chocolatey taste! (if u dun like choc, u may leave this out)
4. Crush the Oreo cookies into small bits (not too small so that u can chew it =P) and add them into the mix
5. Beat the mix
Lastly:
1. Pour the ready mix onto the crust.
2. Press slightly to prevent air bubble
3. Sprinkle choc chip, disgestive biscuits or oreo bits if u like
4. Wrap the tray with Bao Xian Zhi (suddenly forget what its called in Eng) and put into the fridge for around 4 hours and Serve!!
*Do not freeze it

What u need:
Fried Rice
Campell Soup
Mozerella Cheese
Ham/Prawn/Salmon/Chicken
Directions
1. Melt the soup
For the Cambell soup, instead of using the ratio of 1:1 for the mixture and water, use 1:0.5. meaning for a can of cambell soup, use half a can of water to cook the soup. This is to create a thicker gravy
2.Place Fried rice in bowl and pour Cambell soup
DO NOT pour the whole content of the soup in. Just pour sufficient to damp the rice
3. sprinkle LOTS of cheese on top of step 2
place the whole bowl in oven or toaster to melt the cheese till golden brown (a little Chao tar will be better). Usually it's abt 20mins for toaster
Tah Da!! Yummy Bake Rice can be served. If u fnd that it's a little to plain, u can use cooked chicken shred/salmon/prawn/ham etc (or any other cooked food) before step 3.

bbq rox!
yea everyone was late. (actually just me) as usual. ended up @ ecp around 3pm methinks? realised marine parade area lotsa cool cars. a tricked out mx-5 with a hardtop conversion, a beemer coupe with 19in rims. tsk tsk tsk.
nice uber breezy day man at the park. perfect for a nice beach stroll with ur significant other dun u think? pitched up terence's tent. heh, wasnt as difficult as i thought it would be. had a late lunch with the gals. (nice french manicure jx!) had a big mac meal and a cheeseburger. wtf was i thinking man!
den the bbq food came. looked lesser den i anticipated. but i realised its cus the providers managed to squeeze 40 wings into 2 plastic containers.. wonder how they do it. the food tasted great man. =D~. finised up my 1st eating/bbqing shift, remembered i promised jx and esther to teach em skating (when im not that good myself, go figure. haha) den psed them in the middle (sorry!) to go with jasmine and the twins on a cycling trip, they cycle, i skate. damn tiring man. not my legs but my ears. the following are the conversation we had for 3/4 of the trip.....
Jasmine: my butt hurts!!

Jasmine: lousy bike la.. my butt hurts!

cycled/skated to bedok jetty, decided to drag race the gals. (not before setting their bikes to low gear ratios wahahha). din dare to skate too fast cus the ground like no grip like that 1. kaoz had the lead until jasmine figured out how to change gears. =
den fast fwrd a bit, jon and co. had to go, so only the gals stayed behind with helmi and i. talked cock and played cock games till morning, how many meh meh jumped over the wall? bang bang who die? wahahahahaha! u guys are liek dumb freshies man.
i sorta skipped yesterday cus i slp until 8pm. so i dunno wad to write abt tat. so.. there

alvin loves mud, yes the wet one, not the ones with tapered jeans
supposed to go clementi alone at 8.15. too bad, overslept as usual, so decided to find terence to go there around 9. and tada! i overslept again. haha! well he had to run sum errands so in the end i ended up reaching clementi like 10.30am.
headed to west coast. memorable place.. the guys played telematch but my arms were hurting after all these continous weights lifting for the week, so din join em, took zul's kite and played around instead. haha.. kite flying's still fun.
played in the rain after that. haha! this fun game called red indian or sumthing like that. the rain certainly made it more fun. haha mud all over the place, sarimat fell down on her butt and there was a butt crack imprint on the mud. kudos sarimat, u just left a footprint for humanity, im sure we'd still be remembered after we go extinct. =P and yea realised yiyang and zacf are damn fun. haha laughed so hard my abs and head hurts during the game. we owned the other teams until a 4-way match was declared.. all the other grps all ganged up on us. =( but we eventually lost cus yiyang stepped on our own "house" Terence slided on the mud while trying to grab the ball. dumb fook! den me and zacf were stepping on mud until there were earthworms. grabbed a few and chased the gals all over the park.. Buahahaha!

NYDC and a whole load of familiar faces
hi guys, hasnt been updating, i noe. haha well cant blame me, shud take a look at the work the fyp group have on hand right now.
first off, yea project. well everything's in place (almost) and we're gonna start animating. which means the tough part is yet to come. =| , and apparently its not helping when u got a leecher off your group who takes 1 whole bloody week to come up with something i could churn out in 1 day. alrite i sound as if im discriminating. but seriously. i dun think his 3d techniques are weaker den mine lo. haiz. it really doesnt feel good to flame him every single time we see him. at least IMO =|
well shitty stuff apart. managed to finish 4/5 of my mmmi assignment. thanks haffiz and shikin!! owe u 2 big time. =D
and finally. finally had a real chill out-ed day today. went bikini hunting with baiyu, fine it wasnt much of a hunt cus l'll missy here went like 3 shops only. pah.. oh yea saw a darn cool leopard patterned bikini. i'd mary the nxt women i see who dares to wear that. wahahaha! alrite today was embarassment-day for me.
she was tryin the bikini, she said smt to the sales person. i think the salesperson assumed i was her bf or smt. asked me to go to the changing "room", ok i assumed she was done or smt or she wanted my opinion. so silly me went and took a peek in. got seriously owned. she was taking off her bikini and changing back. so.... er yea.. wun go into detail. u do the imagining, lets just say alvin walked away a very happy man today. =D~ /pervert
oh yea before that saw a nice watch.. 39.90. fook. anyone care to gimme early birthday present? pretty pleese?
well speak of coincidence huh? decided to catch dinner @ nydc heeren, saw jasmine and her silly bum there. and apparently our coursemate was working there too. wad are the odds?! well dinner's food was awesome as usual from nydc. but it was like an oven there, outdoors. no wind at all. beside the road and all. felt vulnerable.. haha! had a nice long stroll to PS to shop around carrefour for the bbq prices. haha had lotsa fun there. thanks gal!
well the trip home was alrite. cept met the CADC peeps and her classmate. sent her home and all. glad she stayed near my place. haha. well ok here comes the fun part. felt the urge to pee, so i walked to yishun 10. den her sms came. was reading it, din noticed the old male toilet has been converted to a female toilet! walked str8 in... and, best, almost gonna pee. den "eh? how come toilet got 1 dustbin 1.. i remember it seeing sumwhere.... SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" ran out and passed 2 bewildered ladies. walao eh...... 18+ yrs of my life! NEVER EVER HAD I STEPPED INTO A FEMALE TOILET ACCIDENTALLY!!! kudos to u baiyu! wahahaha!

wow long long absence from here
my my, totally forgot i had a blog. haha, well been packed with FYP stuff to the brim these few weeks. how abt we let the pictures do the talking?

grrr... scolded by instructor today. busy road today, not brave enuff to venture, my fault =\, gotta try really really hard. =), so here are the problems my intructor pointed out

hot date field report #1
haha wad else can i say boys and gals? for those who din see my nick. here u go:" lovely dinner + lovely beach + lovely date == one of the loveliest day of my life", credit goes to my beloved wintermelon. i cant thank you enuff for just agreeing to hang out. haha well i would sell a limb and kidney if i haf to to fund another date with you =). it was well worth the effort, but right now im suffering from the repercussions.. =( its 1.30am, and im yet to be done with my animated storyboard... im so gonna get toasted by the grp members tml.. muahahaha.
well shufen, i really cant say much. wad can i say anyways. hell, we changed, you changed, but ur still the 1st (and no doubt, the best =P) listenning ear ever! wahahahha! i tot we would have some kinda communication breakdown or smt cus we hvt met in like wad? 2yrs? but nah~ we've still got enuff topics to fill my 2 humungous nostrils and plenty to stuff into my Angelina Jolie mouth. ur advices nv fails to make me go "YA HOR...", and i noe i arent as good as u with words. but i appreciate that, and i wanna move on. yes. well details of the date.. haha yea nth beats that i think, i dun think even the sentosa stay with my ex could beat it. Busked around in palawan, apparently Ms Pretty wanted to sun tan while lying on the sand and din bring a towel to lie on. so sum cool and hamsum fella had to offer his COWBOY FROM MOO MESA towel to her, which got her tickled up, hey it was my fav cartoon when i was a kid alrite? well it was den i realised the blanket was around 10yr old. hahaha. remembered i got in in my US trip back in Primary 4. foo.. antique sia..
well, this young and hamsum man, refusing to share a tiny towel with her, decided to just sit around and lobo. din get a tan though. piff~so bla bla bla fast foward. decide to dip in the water.. den Ms Exclusive-o-so-Exclusive refuse to go into water thats knee deep, so ended up being unwilling audience to sum Mat skimmers showing off to his minahs. meh~. so bla bla bla fast foward again. Ms Hard-to-Get here decided to explore the tower thingy on the opp island. so yea. went over there. had a nice and long breezy stay on the top of the tower, apparently she tot i was crying but my eyes were tearing automatically cus im too tired. had those sorta long chats we used to haf at our secret spot.. hahaha albeit, in english.. still feels wierd though..hmm..
yea.. so we ended up having a nice pizza dinner at coastes (spelling), sum really cool beach bistro.atmosphere was 2nd to none, simple breathtaking. ya and that was when she decided the atmosphere was much more interesting than me and she dazed off =( wahaha, well, the pizza was uber nice. wahahaha cant wait to try it again. had a glass of cocktail. and decided to take a nice stroll back to the bus stop.
oh ya saw jamie yeo and glenn ong with their jack russell. they were sitting beside us. heh glenn ong's tattoos are damn cool, haha too bad im too innocent for those. and jamie yeo, well, all i can say is.. FHM got some really good photoshop artist.. she isnt that boobilicious afterall..bummer.
well took a crowded train home.. and dropped my date off at her hse.. and yea and now im blogging here.. almost choking from animated storyboards.. ahh.. i hope i dun gif slipshod work tml..
