cheese cake!!! baked rice! no more boring sunday!
Ingredients
- 2 packet Philadelphia Cream cheese (or any other cheaper brands u can find!)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 butter block (the smallest pack)
- SUgar
- Chocolate Chip (Hersheys or others)
- 6 pcs Oreo biscuit
- 6 pcs digestive biscuit
First u have to do the Base (crust) of the cake:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into bits (the smaller the better)
2. Melt the 1/2 block of butter
3. Prepare a container (For me, i buy those 3 in 1 pack of aluminium circle tray for my cake
4. Lay the digestive biscuit bits onto the tray until it covers the entire tray, about 1 - 2 cm thick
5. Use a spoon and add bit by bit of melted butter onto the biscuit and press using the back of the spoon. Press hard for it to stick better *Amount to use depends on how well it sticks, normally around 10 teaspoons needed
6. Make sure e crust is thick and cover fully so that u can cut the crust up in a piece
Next you have to do the filling part:
*U need a mixer to beat the mix
1. Beat up the 2 pack of cream cheese in a big bowl into cream like
2. Add in to eggs, 6 teaspoon of sugar and the rest of the butter and beat evenly
3. Melt chocolate chips or any other chocolate bar and add them into the mix if u like chocolatey taste! (if u dun like choc, u may leave this out)
4. Crush the Oreo cookies into small bits (not too small so that u can chew it =P) and add them into the mix
5. Beat the mix
Lastly:
1. Pour the ready mix onto the crust.
2. Press slightly to prevent air bubble
3. Sprinkle choc chip, disgestive biscuits or oreo bits if u like
4. Wrap the tray with Bao Xian Zhi (suddenly forget what its called in Eng) and put into the fridge for around 4 hours and Serve!!
*Do not freeze it
Baked riceWhat u need:
Fried Rice
Campell Soup
Mozerella Cheese
Ham/Prawn/Salmon/Chicken
Directions
1. Melt the soup
For the Cambell soup, instead of using the ratio of 1:1 for the mixture and water, use 1:0.5. meaning for a can of cambell soup, use half a can of water to cook the soup. This is to create a thicker gravy
2.Place Fried rice in bowl and pour Cambell soup
DO NOT pour the whole content of the soup in. Just pour sufficient to damp the rice
3. sprinkle LOTS of cheese on top of step 2
place the whole bowl in oven or toaster to melt the cheese till golden brown (a little Chao tar will be better). Usually it's abt 20mins for toaster
Tah Da!! Yummy Bake Rice can be served. If u fnd that it's a little to plain, u can use cooked chicken shred/salmon/prawn/ham etc (or any other cooked food) before step 3.
